55 Flash Fiction Friday

December 25, 2008

55fff55 Flash Fiction Friday provides an opportunity to test your creative writing skills by writing a story in exactly 55 words. This is my second entry. I find it interesting I have gone from a typical post of 3000-4500 words to enjoying the challenge of only 55 words.

Her son was coming for dinner. He would confirm what her neighbors whispered. The door knob turned, her son stepped out of the closet.
